Confidentiality International (COIN) is an online platform that addresses and support female workers abuse at the work place. Organizations are enrolled or registered on this platform, thereby allowing female workers to anonymously report cases of abuse against them. Thus, these companies will be ranked periodically on female satisfaction at the workplace via analyzing the data on reported cases: COIN ranking.
This
will be published in the hopes of promoting companies who have high female
satisfaction at the workplace and encouraging the companies that don’t to
address their issues on the abuse of female employees.
